All about me!

I will use this page to tell you about me, my training and events leading up to the ride.  

I try and train in some form or other, be it the gym, out on my bike or just a swim.  I am however so looking forward to March, when the weather will turn and I can really start putting the miles on my bike.  I do between 10km and 40km in the gym each day, still set myself a goal to buy a tri-cross this year so the Winter months will never be a problem again.
